Today was the first day I was lost in New Jersey without a clue where I was or where I was going. I had been turned around before, but was familiar enough with the area to work it out. I actually had to ask for help on this one.
I had just left Panera (from writing thank-you cards) and wanted to find the nearest Blockbuster to switch movies. I thought I had seen one by the EastGate mall (apparently NOT!) and turned at a wrong light and got onto 73 (I think). I couldn't see any of the exit signs once I got on because there was a large truck in front and behind me. Well, I ended up making another turn, and ended up on the PA Turnpike headed South for Delaware. I continued for about 10 minutes and realized I didn't have a map or a clue when the next exit would appear. I called Steve and asked for a heads up on when the next exit would be. I did eventually get home, but the worst park about this was I had just finished an iced-tea prior to getting in the car. I HAD TO GO TO THE BATHROOM IN THE WORST WAY!
Some days are just more interesting than others :)
