Steve's Nautical 30th, etc.

Amy Moser, a friend of ours who's an event planner, put together this nautical themed party for Steve's 30th birthday. Everything looked great and turned out as I had originally described to her. It was such a relief to actually enjoy the party and people instead of being wrapped up in buying, decorating, setting up, cleaning up, etc. I would highly recommend her!

I brought the camera bag...without the camera. Sorry this pictures aren't the best! I was so disappointed that I didn't get pictures of any of the people! I'm glad, though that I snapped a few as things were set up because I was so distracted later, I would've missed even that!

Candy bar (notice the pretzel goldfish, live savors, Swedish fish....all theme based)

Cupcake tower (chocolate icing with anchors and vanilla icing with fruit and nautical flag)

Banner by drink and bun table

Table decorations with citronella candles from Crate and Barrel

Food table (notice the buoys in the background)

Paper pinwheels and drinks

Food table

Thanks to everyone (especially Tim & Michelle who hosted and my parents who took the kids back to our place early to sleep so we could hang out) who made this possible and came to visit!

Lilly on our morning walk

Playing -so- nicely together :)
