On Friday, my parents came to visit; we had a great time playing and running errands. The kids were ecstatic to go to "the cow" for lunch (Chick-fil-et), ride in Mimi & Pop-pop's car, ride on Pop-pop's back and read book with Mimi.
Saturday morning Steve took Josiah on several errands while Lilly and I hung out with Noah. Then before lunch Steve took Lilly too ride the train in 30th street station where they ate at Subway and were enjoying a pleasant time together before Steve realized he had lost his phone. He called me from a pay phone, but I had lost my phone somewhere in the kitchen. Eventually he realized that it must've been on the train, and in a stroke of luck it was.
Lilly was slumped over Steve's shoulder when they got home. Although she was initially scared of the speed and sound of the train, she loved hanging out with her daddy.
That evening, Steve's parents came over to hang out with the kids so Steve and I could go to dinner and a movie. We spent several relaxing hours at Panera and then left to see The Hunger Games. It was a very enjoyable evening.
Today we took the kids to Garden State Discovery Museum. It was our first time going and we enjoyed the exhibits and play areas quite a bit. It was a great break from routine. Most of my pictures form there are blurry because they didn't stand still for more than a second.
