A couple weeks after Christmas, we finally had the opportunity to celebrate with my parents, sister and Trevor, her boyfriend. We did a horrible job taking enough pictures because we were distracted with the kids (they're so much fun to open presents with).
Here's what we did come away with...
Why do they eat everything?

Some of the faces this girl gives us! Wonder what she'll be like at 16...
It was a fun time had by all! Thanks, family!!!
Feeding twins is like trying to water ski (which I can verify is a difficult and distracting task for a newbie). There are so many little things to pay attention to. Where are you sticking that food? How much have you eaten? Why did your peas end up all over the floor? How can you still be hungry?
Josiah. Is. A. Mess. This boy literally grabs handfuls of food and shoves them in his face. The result is a messy, but quick meal.
Lilly's more efficient method is to eat every piece of food ONE AT A TIME. You can imagine how long it takes her :)
We've just recently been able to keep bows in Lilly's hair. I can't believe how much older she looks with them! I've learned the trick is to put them in after their bath, when her hair is still wet. I comb it straight up, twist it, and presto!
We do so much of out shopping from Amazon. It's incredibly convenient for us, especially when you can sign up for reoccurring shipments of diapers, wipes, etc. It's really one of the best decisions we've made. On occasion, they pack the boxes with an insane amount of shipping paper. Lilly loves playing in it.
It's official. Josiah is walking. He's been taking a step or two here or there, but as of the last three days, this boy is everywhere! I love watching his monster walk. He's so proud of himself, too! I can't wait to get it on video and post it for everyone to see. It's so difficult to get pictures of him these days, but here's one Steve took as he was rocking him before his morning nap. He looks a lot like Steve :)

His constant movement is thrilling and scary for us. We've had to put a second baby gate in the kitchen and latch the oven doors shut, which he's figured out how to open. Can't wait to see our baby girl on the move too!
